Guarantee & Warranty (Business Managers)

Guarantees Provided with Business Manager Purchases

  • If the invite link to the Business Manager expires within 48 hours, we will promptly issue a new link. Invite links have a set expiration period if not used in time.
  • If the Business Manager becomes restricted, disabled, or its limits are reduced within 24 hours before any actions are taken on your side, we will provide a replacement.
  • If the verification status of the Business Manager is revoked within 7 days, we will offer a replacement, provided the verification was completed with original documents.

When We Cannot Replace a Business Manager

  • If credit or debit cards have been added to the ad account or Business Manager.
  • If ads have already been launched using any account under the Business Manager.
  • If significant changes have been made to the Business Manager (excluding name changes).
  • If pages have been created under the Business Manager.
  • If a domain has been added and verified within the Business Manager.
  • If one or more ad accounts have already been created with the Business Manager.

Reasons We Cannot Guarantee Replacement

  • We cannot verify the reliability of payment methods added to the Business Manager or ad accounts.
  • We have no control over the ads placed on your ad accounts, which may violate Facebook's policies.
  • If your previous accounts or domains have been flagged by Facebook for repeated violations, new Business Managers may also face restrictions.
  • We cannot resell or replace Business Managers that have been used or flagged as risky.
  • The Business Manager was in perfect condition at delivery. Any subsequent issues are beyond our responsibility.

Important Considerations

  • No Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for delivered assets. Restrictions on advertising assets are common, and replacements (not refunds) are offered within the warranty period.
  • Client Responsibility: Once assets are delivered, clients are fully responsible for their usage. We cannot guarantee ongoing replacements for issues caused by user activity or Facebook's internal policies.
  • Limited Invite Link Validity: The invite link for the Business Manager will no longer be valid after three days from delivery. We recommend having backup profiles linked to your Business Manager.
